Recipient Registration

Recipients create an account and fill out the Blood Requirement Form with necessary details like Hospital Address, Blood Type, Reason, Relationship, etc.

Goal: To gather all essential information for the request.

Verification Process

The recipient’s information is verified to ensure authenticity.

Goal: Ensure the request is legitimate and eligible for posting.

Request Creation

Once verified, a unique request page is generated with all details and the status is set to “Not Fulfilled”.

Goal: Make the request visible and accessible to potential donors.

Notification to Donors

Matching users are notified via email and WhatsApp with the request details and a link to the recipient's request page.

Donor Response

If a donor agrees, they contact and confirm their willingness to donate.

Recipient Notification

Upon donor confirmation, the recipient is notified with donor details, and both parties can connect directly to complete the process.

Gratitude Notification

Once the status is updated, a WhatsApp message is sent to all notified users, thanking them for their support and informing them that the requirement is fulfilled.

Automatic Fulfillment Reminder

If the request is not fulfilled within a set time, it is automatically marked as “Fulfilled” after 24 hours.

Goal: Ensure that unfulfilled requests are properly closed and prevent confusion.
